I am reviewing some of the more popular items that are marketed as being for more feminity:
Feminaplasia is the birth defect of the pelvis and femoral head that causes the pelvis to curve inward as a result of the presence of a malformed vaginal opening. There are several different types of feminaplasia, some of which cause deformities in the pelvic region and can cause problems during the childbearing years. Feminaplasia is not caused by an anatomical defect in the female anatomy, but rather a physical deformity in the pelvis that results from the lack of proper pubic musculature (the abdominal muscle), which leads to abnormal pelvic development and abnormal development of the vagina. Most people think that because the pubic hair grows in the center of the pubic mound it has to be there for the birth canal to fit through. But there is a difference between the pubic hair and the pubic musculature. The pubic hair is a small remnant of tissue that develops around the pubic bones. When the bone is broken away, it causes the pubic mound to "shrink" to the size of the bone. It is called "pubic hair." When this happens, it creates an opening in the vagina and can lead to an incontinence problem.
